Before your first consultation, you fill out a NutriWhite nutritional history and questionnaire. This provides key information about you, helping me understand you better and set up a pre-established action plan. Once in the consultation, I listen to your goals, and together we work with NutriWhite tools to achieve the proposed health objectives.
