  • 2 chicken eggs
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 60g 70% sugar-free chocolate bar (can be substituted with cocoa powder)
  • Stevia or honey to taste
  • Almonds/walnuts/cashews, always keeping personal food sensitivities in mind

Preparation

     
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Melt the chocolate bar with the coconut oil using a double boiler.
  • Next, mix with the avocado and eggs.
  • Sweeten to taste, if needed.
  • Add almonds/walnuts/cashews, always keeping personal food sensitivities in mind.
  • Pour the mixture into a square baking pan.
  • Bake for approximately 25 minutes.
