If you miss bread, you can try this chickpea bread alternative.

Ingredients
For 6 bread rolls:
2 ½ cups chickpea flour
2 teaspoons grain-free baking powder
¾ teaspoon fine sea salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
Approximately 2 ½ cups water
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (for Histamine Protocol, cream of tartar can be used instead)
⅓ cup whole psyllium husks
2 tablespoons date syrup (optional)
Sesame seeds for topping
Preparation
In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients, except for the psyllium husks.
In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients and the psyllium husks. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it reaches a gel-like consistency.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Wet your hands and add 1/6 of the dough to each section of a bun pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 325°F (160°C) for 50 minutes. Remove and let cool before slicing.
Vinegar Substitutes:
You can substitute vinegar with cream of tartar.
You can also use lemon juice instead of vinegar, using twice the amount.
If you need a non-acidic alternative, you can use ¾ teaspoon of cream of tartar and 2 tablespoons of water. Combine the cream of tartar with the dry mix and mix well.
