Broccoli Omelette Recipe

Ingredients

     
  • 1 small broccoli
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 onion
  • 50g buffalo cheese
  • 50g ground cassava
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

     
  • Boil the broccoli until soft.
  • In a separate pan, sauté the onion and set aside.
  • In a bowl, add the broccoli, onion, eggs, ground cassava, and cheese. Season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
  • In a greased large cupcake mold, add the mixture to each space and bake for 18-20 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
  • Let them cool slightly, then remove from the mold and serve.
