Ingredients
- 1 small broccoli
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 onion
- 50g buffalo cheese
- 50g ground cassava
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Boil the broccoli until soft.
- In a separate pan, sauté the onion and set aside.
- In a bowl, add the broccoli, onion, eggs, ground cassava, and cheese. Season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
- In a greased large cupcake mold, add the mixture to each space and bake for 18-20 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
- Let them cool slightly, then remove from the mold and serve.
