Ingredients
For the crepes:
- 1 heaping tablespoon of cassava flour
- 2 tablespoons of coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
- 1 egg
- A touch of vanilla
- 1 banana
For the syrup:
- 3/4 cup of water
- 3/4 cup of stevia
- 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
- A touch of vanilla
Preparation
For the crepes: In a bowl, mix the two flours with the cocoa powder.
- Then, add an egg, a splash of vanilla, and stir until the mixture is smooth.
- Finally, pour the mixture into a non-stick pan, spread it evenly, and set the heat to low.
- Cook for about 3 minutes on each side.
For the syrup: In a saucepan, combine the cocoa powder, stevia, and water.
- 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
- Stir over medium heat until you get a smooth mixture.
- Once bubbles form, remove from heat and let it cool.
