Chocolate Crepes with Banana Topping and Chocolate Syrup Recipe

Delicious chocolate crepes with homemade syrup, perfect to enjoy at any time of the day.

Ingredients

For the crepes:

  • 1 heaping tablespoon of cassava flour
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
  • 1 egg
  • A touch of vanilla
  • 1 banana

For the syrup:

  • 3/4 cup of water
  • 3/4 cup of stevia
  • 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
  • A touch of vanilla

Preparation

For the crepes: In a bowl, mix the two flours with the cocoa powder.

  • Then, add an egg, a splash of vanilla, and stir until the mixture is smooth.
  • Finally, pour the mixture into a non-stick pan, spread it evenly, and set the heat to low.
  • Cook for about 3 minutes on each side.

For the syrup: In a saucepan, combine the cocoa powder, stevia, and water.

  • 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
  • Stir over medium heat until you get a smooth mixture.
  • Once bubbles form, remove from heat and let it cool.
