Ingredients
- 3 avocados (240 grams)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup 72% dark chocolate (1 bar)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or your preferred powdered sweetener
- Pinch of salt
- Almond milk, as needed to reach desired consistency
- Finely chopped nuts
- Shredded coconut
Preparation
- In a double boiler, melt the chocolate bar.
- Add all the ingredients to a blender.
- Gradually add the almond milk until you reach the desired consistency.
- Transfer the mousse to a piping bag and fill small serving cups.
- Decorate with chopped nuts, shredded coconut, and grated chocolate.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
