Ingredients

     
  • 1 large avocado
  • 3/4 cup of cilantro
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar

Preparation

     
  • Blend the avocado pulp in a blender, then add the cilantro and lime juice.
  • Add the vinegar, garlic, and olive oil to the mixture, and continue blending.
  • Pour in the balsamic vinegar and taste as you go.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
