  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar / honey
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons plantain flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons coffee
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Preparation

     
  • In a cup, mix all the ingredients until you have a smooth consistency.
  • Place in the microwave or Airfryer for 2 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!
