Garlic-style Fish Fillet Recipe

Ingredients

     
  • 2 sea bass fillets
  • 3 garlic cloves (NOT FODMAP-friendly)
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • 1 onion, sliced into julienne strips (NOT FODMAP-friendly)
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 sprig of cilantro
  • A splash of olive oil

Preparation

     
  • Marinate the fish with garlic, olive oil, and salt.
  • Sear the fish on a very hot grill or skillet for 2 minutes on each side.
  • In a bowl, mix the sliced onion with chopped cilantro, olive oil, and salt.
  • Sauté these vegetables until tender.
  • Serve the fish fillets on top of the sautéed vegetables.
  • Enjoy!
