Ingredients
- 2 sea bass fillets
- 3 garlic cloves (NOT FODMAP-friendly)
- 1 sprig of parsley

- A splash of olive oil
Preparation
- Marinate the fish with garlic, olive oil, and salt.
- Sear the fish on a very hot grill or skillet for 2 minutes on each side.

- Sauté these vegetables until tender.
