  • 160 ml lemon juice
  • 150 grams (about 1 cup) of strawberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 4 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin

Preparation

     
  • In a pot, add the lemon juice and strawberries, and heat over medium heat until the liquid is steaming.
  • Beat the mixture.
  • Remove the lid and let the mixture cool down a bit.
  • Add the 4 tablespoons of gelatin and stir again until the mixture becomes smooth.
  • Fill your molds or tray with the mixture and refrigerate for about an hour.
