Homemade Coconut Milk Recipe

Prepare a delicious and refreshing homemade coconut milk, sweetened with stevia and with the option to adjust its consistency to your liking.

Ingredients

     
  • 1 coconut
  •  
  • 2 cups of water
  •  
  • Stevia to taste (optional)

Preparation

     
  • Open the coconut and set aside the coconut water.
  • Scoop out the coconut pulp and place it in a blender.
  • Add 1 cup of water and the reserved coconut water.
  • Blend, strain through a cheesecloth, and sweeten to taste with stevia.
  • Store in a glass container, and bake the leftover pulp at low temperature until it dries.

NOTE: If you prefer a more diluted milk, add more water.
