Ingredients
- 1 coconut
- 2 cups of water
- Stevia to taste (optional)
Preparation
- Open the coconut and set aside the coconut water.
- Scoop out the coconut pulp and place it in a blender.
- Add 1 cup of water and the reserved coconut water.
- Blend, strain through a cheesecloth, and sweeten to taste with stevia.
- Store in a glass container, and bake the leftover pulp at low temperature until it dries.
NOTE: If you prefer a more diluted milk, add more water.
