Ingredients

     
  • 1/3 cup of walnuts
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Cinnamon to taste

Preparation

  • Soak the walnuts overnight.
  • The next morning, drain them and blend with water, honey, and cinnamon.
  • Once you have a thick and smooth mixture, strain it through a cloth strainer.
  • Press to extract all the milk.
  • Store the nut milk in the refrigerator in a glass bottle.

NOTE: It lasts about 2 days in the fridge.
The leftover walnuts in the strainer can be used later to make cookies.
