  • 3/4 cup of mixed plant-based milk
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 organic eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons of orange juice or lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of orange zest or 6 drops of wild orange essential oil
  • 2 cups of almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons of tapioca flour or tapioca starch
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Himalayan salt
  • Stevia or Monk fruit to taste (optional)
  • Cacao chips

Preparation

  • Blend the ingredients in a blender or with a spatula.
  • Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350°F.
  • Decorate with melted dark chocolate, creamy almond butter, orange zest, chocolate shavings, and some fruits.
