Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked quinoa (240g)
- 3 cups water (750ml)
- 4 dates
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
- Blend the quinoa and water until fully combined.
- Using a nut milk bag or fine mesh cloth, strain the quinoa milk to separate the liquid from the pulp.
- Blend the liquid again while adding the dates and cinnamon.
- This will result in a smooth quinoa milk.
- Store the quinoa milk in a bottle or airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days.
